We charge a percentage of what the practitioner brings in as opposed to by the day. We need someone with reliable availability and can give us at least half a day per week. Part-Time / Flexible Hours - Downham Market, Norfolk We are a friendly and well-established complementary health clinic based in the heart of Downham Market, dedicated to providing outstanding care and professionalism to every patient who visits us. We are looking for a reliable, organised and personable individual to join our team in a varied and rewarding role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic. The Role This is far more than a reception position. We are seeking someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming and professional environment, enjoys working with people, and has a genuine interest in helping the business thrive. Key responsibilities include: • Greeting and assisting patients in a warm and professional manner • Managing reception duties and appointments • Supporting our practitioners throughout the working day • Helping to maintain the smooth running of the clinic • Assisting with general administration and organisational tasks • Ensuring our high standards of care, presentation and professionalism are consistently maintained About You The ideal candidate will have: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail • A positive, proactive and professional approach • Confidence working independently and as part of a team • A genuine interest in health, wellbeing and patient care • A willingness to contribute to the ongoing success and development of the clinic • Cliniko, Clover, Stripe, Xero, NAS experience preferred What We Offer • Flexible working hours • A supportive and friendly working environment • A varied and meaningful role • Opportunity to become an important part of a respected local clinic Experience in reception, administration, healthcare or customer service would be advantageous, but personality, professionalism and enthusiasm are equally important.
