After leaving school I took a degree in Education from London University and then worked as a human resources manager, starting with Cambridgeshire Education Authority and ending with the Open University. I also completed a master’s degree in business administration at the Open University.

In 2003 I decided to retrain as an osteopath and qualified and started work in 2008 when I completed my degree in osteopathy from Middlesex University. My
husband and I moved to West Norfolk from London in 2017.
Osteopathy practiceI am registered with the General Osteopathic Council, the state body that regulates osteopaths, and also with the Institute of Osteopathy. My approach to treatment focuses mainly on soft tissue massage, articulation (gentle movement), stretching and some cranial techniques; I also use ultrasound.I often give patients personalised and specific advice on posture and exercises to reduce pain immediately and to help prevent reoccurrences. My specialist interests include neck and back pain, and posture-related aches and pains, often caused by working at desk or heavy lifting.My aim is to support individual health and well being. I always take time to understand every patient’s conditions and the effect it has on their life so that I can formulate the best way to help.
