Osteopathy Treats the Cause as well as the Symptoms
and Provides Preventative Care and Advice
Osteopathy and Physiotherapy
Osteopathy and Physiotherapy are recognised and established systems of clinical diagnosis, rehabilitation, and prevention primarily of musculoskeletal problems of the spinal and peripheral joints, ligaments and muscles. Our clinic can offer Therapeutic Ultrasound and Dry NeedlingOsteopathic treatment is geared to each patient's individual needs and involves massage techniques, rhythmic joint mobilisation, muscle release techniques and manipulation using short, quick movements. One of the specialities offered by the clinic is Cranial Osteopathy. MSK (musculoskeletal) Physiotherapy employs many of the same techniques and always involves a form of rehabilitation or exercise programme, which is adapted to the patient and monitored over time with adjustments as appropriate.
We feel it is a strength of our clinic that each osteopath and physiotherapist has their own experience, specialities, areas of special expertise and approach to treatment. This enables us to recommend the most suitable therapist to meet each individual patient’s changing needs or preferences.
