“Hi! I am Vera, a passionate Lifestyle Medicine practitioner, Naturopath and Herbalist. Think of me as your health partner, here to explore how the power of nature - using tools such as nutrition, lifestyle changes and herbal remedies - can make a positive impact on your wellbeing. I believe our bodies are pretty amazing and have a natural ability to rebalance themselves when given the right support. So, together, we will discover how small changes can lead to big improvements in your health, and we'll figure out a plan that suits your unique needs, working towards a healthier, more balanced you.”
Vera’s unique approach to health incorporates Lifestyle Medicine into her Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine practice. She is the only certified Lifestyle Medicine practitioner in the UK with these qualifications. Vera's career started in academia as a medical researcher.
