Reflexology outside of the UK).

Freya also trained with Sally Kay in 2023 in

Reflexology for Lymph Drainage which can greatly

benefit patients suffering with Lymphodema and

Lipoedema to improve the circulation and drainage

of the lymph from the affected area.

Freya is currently a member of The Association Of

Reflexologists, a member of The International

Council Of Reflexologists, a member of The

Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and

is fully insured. She does not diagnose, offer medical

advice or replace the services of a health

professional.

Freya is qualified in oncology reflexology to support

carers, family members, and patients with cancer

who need support during this difficult time. Oncolgy

reflexology is adaptive to the individual patient's

needs, taking each week at a time step by step

through your journey.

the feet or hands which are linked to areas of the

body that can benefit the body by:

Freya Botting is a level 5 reflexology practitioner who

qualified as a level 3 reflexologist back in 2019 and

trained with the Reflexology Academy in London as a

level 5 practitioner in 2021 and later trained in
